We may assume that O3 is spent when passed through turpentine which contains alkenes. It means original mixture contained 20 mL of ozone. When the mixture is heated (we assume that after heating it is cooled down so there is no effect of thermal expansion) all ozone is converted into oxygen O2. According to the reaction equation
2 O3 -> 3 O2 every 20 mL of ozone will become 30 mL of oxygen, so the total volume will become 80+30=110 mL .
