Hi Casey,
Assuming the die and the coins are fair,
The chance of rolling a 5 or 6 is 2/6 which reduces to 1/3
The chance of two coins being tossed and both landing on tails is 1/2 x 1/2 = 1/4
The probability of both of these events happening is 1/3 x 1/4 = 1/12
1/12 = .08
