2.5% mean 2.5/100 = .025.

Hi Paul Thank you for that, I'm looking to get the Ratio  for Oil : Gas when it says 2.5%

2.5% = 25/1000 = 1/40; one part oil to 40 parts gas

I think Philip P. Is correct BUT to be sure (so that you neither mess up your machine nor void the warranty), I would check that answer with the manufacturer.
