V = 3.14 x (100 cm)² x 250 cm

 

   = 3.14 x 10,000 cm² x 250 cm

 

   = 7,850,000 cm³ = 7,850,000 Liters

 

Since the tank is half-filled with oil, volume of oil = 7,850,000 Liters / 2 = 3,925,000 Liters
