You need 1 gallon for every 17 miles you drive.
simply divide 400 by 17
400 ÷ 17 = 23.53
You would need 23.53 gallons (if I round to the hundredths place)
You should check to see if the answer was supposed to be rounded to the tenths, 23.5, or to whole gallons, which would
be 24 gallons
