AT&T offers a long-distance phone plan that charges $2.00 per month plus $0.10 per minute.

Solving the inequality. I've been having a hard time solving this one. The answer in the back of the book says total usage was between 45 and 245 minutes.
 Full problem:  AT&T offers a long-distance phone plan that charges $2.00 per month plus $0.10 per minute. During the course of a year, Sophia's long-distance phone bill ranges from $6.50 to $26.50. What was the range of monthly minutes?
