Q = heat released by the Fe
m = mass of Fe = 1.25 kg
c = specific heat of Fe. Look it up in appropriate units; you probably want it in kcal/(kg°C).
ΔT = temperature drop of the Fe = (135 - 35.8)°C
Q = mcΔT
Plug in the numbers in appropriate units and evaluate.
