Physics Work Question

Ben carries a 200N suitcase up here flights of stairs (a height of 10m) and then pushes it with a horizontal force of 50N at a constant force of 0.5M/s for a horizontal distance of 35m. How much work does Ben do on his suit case during this entire motion.

Arturo O.

I think you meant to say at a constant SPEED of 0.5 m/s.  Also, clarify whether 10 m is the total height of the flights of stairs, or the height of just one flight of stairs, and how many flights of stairs.

Yes I did mean sorry, and this was the question.

Ben carries a 200 N suitcase up three flights of stairs (a height of 10.0m) and then pushes it with a horizontal force of 50.0 N at a constant speed of 0.5 m/s for a horizontal distance of 35.0 m. How much work does Ben do on his suitcase during this entire motion?
