Find the zero of the polynomial

Find the zero of the polynomial  for the following :

p (x)=3×(-4)

p (x)=7

the second polynomial p(x) = 7 has no zero; the graph is an horizontal line 7 unit above the x-axis.

 

the first polynomial that you also (regrettably) named p(x) is not clear to me; do you mean -4•3^x?

If so, it's an exponential function. And it never crosses the x-axis.
