I am having trouble figuring out graphs
An advanced practice nurse (APN) was working with staff development on a project to implement an evidence-based patient simulation program to help decrease turnover in new graduate nurses. The new graduate nurse turnover rate was 60% pre-program and 40% post-program. The organizational goal was to have a 45% turnover rate.

Well the average is (60+45)/2 = 105/2 = 52.5% which does not meet the goal
If you are interested in a graph of the percentage over time, the we need a time frame
of how long each program is. For example, if the program is 18 months, then
in 18 months the turnover rate dropped 20%, so that is -20/18 = -10/9 % per month
as a linear function.
