well which direction does the second plane fly.
If it flies due east in the opposite direction of the first plane, then they are 34 ft apart.
If it flies due north or south, the the pythagorean rule says they are sqrt( 15*15 + 19*19) or just over 75 feet apart
As the measure of these distances are in feet, that is not very far apart.
