Well, yes and no. The same line can have different coefficients of the same multiple, but by the time we get it down to slope-intercept form, the equation will be the same.
What do I mean?? I'll show you. Believe it or not, 9x + 3y = 6 is the same line, meaning that they are an infinite number of solutions.
9x + 3y = 6
3y = -9x + 6
y = -3x + 2
1800x + 600y = 1200
600y = -1800x + 1200
y = -3x + 2
So, in slope-intercept form, no. In standard form yes.
