% Increase when changing rates on 2 tanks

I have 2 tanks (#1 & #2), #1 is draining milk at 1473 L/day, #2 is draining milk at 1337 L/day. If i change tank #1 to drain at 826 L/day and #2 to drain 481 L/day, how many Litres am I saving per day compared to the initial rate.
