So, what is your question. If the rest result is reliable, then you have about 9-13 times more cadmium than normal. Is the test result in the same units as the given values. For example, are they both given as mg per liter. It seems that you measured value is about 10 x what it should be, so there may be a unit error or a dilution error, or something like that.
