Is .913mg in the range of .07mg and .11mg?

I am trying to figure the level of Cadmium in our water.  The test resulted in .913mg but the level should be between .07mg and .11mg.

So, what is your question.  If the rest result is reliable, then you have about 9-13 times more cadmium than normal.  Is the test result in the same units as the given values.  For example, are they both given as mg per liter.  It seems that you measured value is about 10 x what it should be, so there may be a unit error or a dilution error, or something like that.
