How do I solve this word problem?

I answered this word problem: “Esther jogged at 4 mile per hour for 2 hours and 45 minutes. How far did she get?” and I got 9.8, but the answer is 11. Why???

distance = speed x time

 

speed = 4 miles/hour

 

time = 2 hours + 45 minutes = (2 + 45/60) hours = 2.75 hours

 

distance = (4 miles/hour)(2.75 hours) = 11 miles
