I can't figure this out. Please provide the balanced net ionic equation along with the phases in the answer if you can.

Complete equation is:  2NH₄NO₃(aq) + Na₂CO₃(aq) ==> (NH₄)₂CO₃(aq) + 2NaNO₃(aq)  = NO REACTION

Why is there NO REACTION?  Because everything is aqueous and ionizable so, see the ionic and net ionic below.

IONIC:  2NH₄⁺(aq) + 2NO₃^-(aq) + 2Na⁺(aq) +CO₃^2- => 2NH₄⁺(aq) + CO₃^2-(aq) + 2Na⁺(aq) + 2NO₃^-(aq)

All are spectators and cancel.  Thus, NO REACTION.
