Question

If Vera gives Bala 2 stickers .He will have the same number of stickers as Vera. If Bala give Vera 2 stickers, Vera will have 5 times as many stickers as Bala . how many stickers does each of them have ?

Answer 1

V-2 = B+2   and V+2 = 5* (B-2)

=> V = B+4 and V = 5B-12

 

On solving the above two equations we get, B=4 and V=8
