total = 80K +200K = 280K = $280,000

let x = established, y= startup

x+y = 280

y = .8(.5)(x) = .4x

x+y = x+.4x = 280

1.4x = 280

x = 280/1.4 = 2,800/14 = 400/2 = 200= 200K = $200,000 for established

y = 280-200 = 80= 80K = $80,000 for start up division
