80 mls of 80 parts A and 20 part B is 64 ml A + 16 ml B.
If you then add 20 ml of B, you still have 64 mls A but now you have 36 ml B.
In the final solution (100 ml), you have 64 parts A and 36 parts B for a ratio of 64/36 = 16/9.
The original ratio was 4:1 (A:B) and this final ratio is 1.78:1 (A:B).
