converting molecules to total atoms

Question

If I had 0.234mol of H2O, I was able to convert that into 4.22g and 1.41e23 molecules, which were both correct. But I wasn't able to calculate the number of total atoms in the sample. Isn't it just the same as molecules?

0.234 moles H₂O x 18 g/mole = 4.22 g H₂O

0.234 moles H₂O x 6.02x10²³ molecules /mole = 1.41x10²³ molecules H2O

1.41x10²³ molecules H₂O x 3 atoms/molecule = 4.23x1023 atoms

NOTE:  There are 3 atoms in each 1 molecule (2 H atoms and 1 O atom)
