We assume that Max's vacation is X days, then Wesley's vacation should be 2X days, and Jerrad should have a vacation of 1/2X days. Let's put all the values together, and we can get an equation of X+1/2X+2X=21 days (we know there are 7 days per week). By solving this equation, we can get X=6 day. 

 

Answer: Jerrad has a 3-day vacation, Max has a 6-day vacation, and Wesley's vacation is 12 days.
