percentage question

I.e., Fifteen ounces of concentrate is mixed with 45 ounces of water to make 60 ounces of orange juice.  What percent of the orange juice is concentrate?

15C + 45(0) = 60(1)

15C = 60

C = 60/15 = 4 which is 400% concentrate, 4 times as much orange as the orange juice

the orange juice is 1/4 or 25% concentrate.
