You say 3/7 OF 1/21 ... Of means multiply.
Do you want the sum, which means add, or the product, which means multiply?
3/7 + 1/21
To get common denominator multiply 3/7 by 3/3
(3/7)(3/3) + 1/21 = 9/21 + 1/21 = (9+1)/21 = 10/21
To find product just multiply (numerator*numerator)/(denominator*denominator)
(3/7)(1/21) = (3(1))/(7(21)) = 3/147
