h(x) = (2x-3)/3
f(x) = (2x-3)/3
Both functions are the same, but no matter
h(f(x)) = h((2x-3)/3))
= [2[(2x-3)/3]-3]/3
= [(4x-6)/3 - 3]/3
= (4x-6)/9 - 1
