=(4x-3)(3x-4) ...check that this is correct (Use FOIL).

 

The essence of this is that both twelves can be split into two factors, and arranged so that the "L part of Foiling gives -12x and the "O" part of Foiling gives -9x, which combine to create the middle term of the original trinomial.

 

The + on the constant at far right tells you that within each binomial factor, signs are the same, and in this case, the -25 coefficient of the middle term (linear) of the trinomial says that both of those signs will be -
