4/5 = ?/10               ? = 4*10/5 = 8

therefore, 8/10 = 0.80

10 and 4/5 = 10 + 0.80 = 10.80 oz

1/4 = ?/10              ? = 10/4 = 2.5

therefore, 2.5/10 = 0.25 or 0.25 cake

Unit rate = 10.80 oz/0.25 cake = 43.3 oz/cake
