I have a couple chemistry questions

1.) Identify the base in the following chemical equation:
CH3CO2H + OH- ⇔ H2O + CH3CO2-
 
2.)What is the proton acceptor in the following equation: (How do I figure this out?)
HNO2 (aq) + H2O (l) ⇔ H3O+ (aq) + NO2- (aq) 
 
3.)What is the missing number most likely to be for the molecule below?
        GeBr?
(How would I figure this out?)
