Is this supposed to be a true or false question? If so, it is false. The substances secreted by neurons are neurotransmitters, and they are NOT all hormones. In fact most are NOT hormones. There are a few that are classed as hormones as well as neurotransmitters, but the vast majority are not hormones. False.
