The speed of a dog is 150% the speed of a squirrel. The speed of a cheetah is 310% the speed of the dog.
**Before you multiply change all the percents into decimals. You are told that a squirrel runs 12 mi/1 hour, so substitute s=12 into the set up above and multiply.
Note: 150%= 150/100 =1.5 and 310%= 310/100= 3.1 I will let you finish your problem.
