Considered "crazy" by whom? "Crazy" is not a clinical term that is used. The health professional does not consider a person with an anxiety disorder as "crazy" not should anyone else consider them "crazy". Anxiety disorders are known to result from neurochemical imbalances in the brain, and as such, are no different than any other CNS disorder. They are part of the DSM-5 of mental disorders and are classed as such. So, the simple answer to your question is a resounding NO, people with anxiety disorders are not considered "crazy".
