The question is all but unanswerable as stated, because of the phrase "how many words." Kenneth S has given a great answer to the question if it asked how many strings are possible.

Answer assuming no duplications of consonants or vowels are allowed, e.g. the four available vowels are unique: 

 

First, we choose the combination of consonants: 7C3 = 35

Second, we choose the combination of vowels: 4C2 = 6

That gives 6(35) = 210 distinct combinations of distinct letters to be arranged in 7! ways.

 

210(7!) = 5040(210) = 1,058,400
