statistical test

hanks in advance for help me, my questions is i have data with 9 years of "incidence rate" of hepatitis C and hepatitis B and i need to check if there any statistically difference between years. For Hepatitis B the data is distributed normally while for hepatitis C it is not. So, what the appropriate statistical test will answer my question. Thanks again.

THen you are forced to use a non parametric test.
