Hi Tallu, I am not sure what you mean by "compressing" the expression, but you can rewrite it.

 

Square (x - 8) = x² -16x + 64

 

Square (x + 8) = x² + 16x + 64

 

Combine terms: 2x² + 128, or 2 * (x² + 64)
