So, this is a very interesting question. You don't provide any details so I'm going to have to make quite a few assumptions.
First, how would China do that? Geographically it would have to invade Russia or partner with them. That is not out of the question and maybe Russia would turn a blind eye for the attack. Next, we have to wonder what the motive would be. Why would China want Alaska? Or, more probably, why would China want to be positioned in that part of the globe? What do they have to gain? Oil? They have plenty of it in their own country so it wouldn't be worth the risk of an attack (nor would it be worth the risk to their global exports). So oil is out. What about Canada? They could launch an attack from Alaska into Canada, but why? Who wants Canada? Seriously? So, what is left? There is only one sane reason, only one possible reason for an attack on Alaska and that is Amazon. Yes, Amazon. They would want to destroy that company because it is affecting their exports and, indirectly affecting their oil. Here is how it would play out:
China contacts Russia and Japan. The three of them agree that Amazon has to go; it is too big an influence on the global economy and it is affecting all three countries.
Russia turns a "blind eye" and lets China invade Alaska over their land. Japan accidentally leaves the keys to much of their firepower in the ignition so that China can use that to attack Alaska through Russia.
Alaska is now theirs (really, who would actually go and defend Alaska in December? It's just not worth fighting in cold weather).
They reach out to Canada and promise that they will set up a distribution center in that country after they destroy Amazon. Canada agrees (again, what do they have to lose?) and gives China a free pass to Washington.
From there the attack is simple - China places a ton of Christmas orders and demands 2 day delivery; Amazon struggles with this new flood of orders in addition to their normal Christmas demand, and they let their guard down. China attacks and shuts down Amazon. They change the name to Alibaba and move the headquarters to Canada as promised.
And that is what would happen.
