If you know the frequency, you can calculate the wavelength from the following relationship:
speed of light (c) = wavelength x frequency and so ...
wavelength = speed of light (c)/frequency
In equation form this is λ = c/ν where c can be taken to be 3x108 meters/sec and Hz = 1/sec = sec-1
1. 3x108 msec-1/698.46 sec-1 = 4.295x105 m
2. 3x108 msec-1/783.99 sec-1 = 3.827x105 m
3. Hopefully you can do this one yourself.
