amos team wins the 4 day thanksgiving turkey tournament held annually in Gobble Creek. His team wins with a total catch of 36 turkeys. if his team had caught two more turkeys on the first day, two fewer turkeys on the second, twice as many on the third, and half as many on the fourth, then they would have caught the same number of turkeys each day but would have lost the tournament. find the actual number of turkeys caught each day in the winning tournament.

f + 2 +s -2 +2t + z/2 = 36 = f+s+t +z

= f+s+t+z +t -z/2

t = z/2

9 average each day for 4 days. 9x4 =36

but 9+9+6+12 = 36 for each of the 4 days, then

or 11 + 7 + 12 + 6 = 36 where

f+2 = 11

s-2 = 7

2t = 12

z/2 = 6
