What fractional amount of the Earth’s surface is covered by oceans or glaciers if 2/3 is covered by water and 1/10 by glaciers? (Note: glaciers only occur on land)

2/3 + 1/10

LCD is 30

 

(2/3)(10/10) + (1/10)(3/3) = 

 

20/30 + 3/30 = 23/30
