Without the table, we do not have enough information to answer the question.
However, I imagine the table shows the number of defective earphones and the number of earphones tested on each day. Simply take each pair of numbers and make a ratio of them.
For example, if 24 headphones were tested and 4 were found the be defective, then the ratio would be 4/24 which reduces to 1/6.
Once you have all the ratios, you just need to put them in order from least to greatest.
