2T+60 = 10T + 40
0 = 10T + 40 - 2T - 60
0 = 8T - 20
20/8 = T
5/2 = T
IN 5/2 hours or 2 and 1/2 hours or 2 hours and 30 min, the temperatures should be the same.
City 1 : 60 + 2 + 2 + 1 = 65 <--- half hour is 1/2*2 = 1 degree
City 2: 40 + 10 + 10 + 5 = 65 >--- half hour is 1/2*10 = 5 degrees
