Rose and chocolate word problem

club sold roses and chocolate hearts for valentines day.roses sold for $5 & the hearts for $3. The number of bouquets sold was 15 more than the number hearts sold. If the club collected a total of $339, how many of each gift was sold.

Let x = the number of chocolate hearts sold

Let x + 15 = the number of bouquets of roses sold

3x + 5(x+15) = 339

3x + 5x + 75 = 339

8x = 264

x = 33 hearts

x + 15 = 33 + 15 = 48 bouquets
