Question can be answered as follows:

Now Patrick is X with Pat as X+23

!0 years from now Patrick is X+10 with Pat as X+23+10  but also Pat is twice Patrickthat is 2 (x+10) = 2x + 20

Equate 2X + 20 = X + 33  Solving for X results x =13 with X+23 = 36

Patrick is 13 now with Pat being 36 now
