I don't think your answer is correct.  Here is my attempt:

8.00x10¹⁵ picometers x 1 meter/1x10¹² picometers = 8x10³ meters

8x10³ meters x 3.28 ft/meter = 2.62x10⁴ feet

2.62x10⁴ feet x 1 second/4.50 ft x 1 hour/60 sec = 97.0 hours
