9) Diagonals are perpendicular.
10) Exactly* 2 pairs of consecutive congruent sides.
11) Exactly* 1 pair of opposite congruent angles.
12) Exactly* 1 diagonal bisects the other diagonal.
13) Exactly* 1 pair of parallel sides.
14) Exactly* 2 pairs of consecutive angles are supplementary. (NOT the same as #5).
15) Exactly* 1 pair of congruent opposite sides.
