Omar removed 24 fish from his pond over a period of 3 days. He removed the same number of fish each day. What was the change in the number of fish in the pond each day?

This problem resembles the "water pumping out problem" so closely that I think you should look at the problem and see if you can adapt the earlier solution to this one. You must learn to pick up the principles from examples that are worked for you, in order to become self-sufficient.
