Sorry, you don't SOLVE a matrix. (You solve equations)
Given a matrix, such as the one you have now supplied, one can
1) find its determinant
2) find its transpose
3) find its inverse, provided its determinant is not zero.
In this case, det M does equal zero. No inverse exists.

but in the game theory they give you a matrix you have to find if it has a saddle point or not , if not you have to solve it by game theory method and find the strategy for each player and the game value .
i now how to solve game theory but i want in matlab how to solve it ?

I am not an expert in game theory. But if this matrix is really a determinant with the partial derivatives of a function in the position shown below,

I do recognize this as being useful, when its (determinant) value is non-zero.
I think that you need to consult your Game Theory instructor.
