The probability of spinning and even number on the spinner is 0.4. What is the probability of not spinning and even number expressed as a percent

I don't know how to do  probabilities so I'm really lost in this problem please help me thanks

Convert 0.4 to a percent by multiplying by 100.

 

So 0.4 = 40%

 

If the probability of spinning an even number is 40%, then there is 60% chance that you would not spin an even number. (100% - 40% = 60%)

 

So the answer is 60%
