What is 75 minutes in hours to 2 decimal places?

I am on a job seekers course at my local library and part of it was a maths test to determine our maths level.

One of the questions (which I cannot remember) had the answer of 75 minutes - but the question paper asked for the answer in hours to 2 (two) decimal places. I answered what I believe is correct but was marked wrong. I argued (discussed) this with the tutor and they are adamant they are right and I am wrong, and was marked down accordingly. If I was right, I would have been the FIRST person in 14 years to get 100% on this test. So please help me. If I am wrong I will willing accept that fact.

There are 60 minutes in 1 hour.  Thus, converting 75 minutes to hours ...

75 minutes x 1 hour/60 minutes = 1.25 hours.  This is to 2 decimal places.  If you wanted it to 2 significant figures it would be 1.3 hours.
