I see probably two answers, one is if 4 and 5 are coefficients:

squaring the two sides we obtain:
y = (25/16) x
dy/dx = (25/16)
The other occurs if the equation is:
X(1/5) = Y(1/4)
elevating both sides to the 4 power we get:
X(4/5) = Y
dy/dx = (4/5) Y(-1/5)
I think I solved the two possibilities of this problem
