Hi. I think this kind of premise works well with someone who appreciates interdisciplinary collaboration. Working with people of differing capabilities really makes the team and the company work better from a macrocosm perspective. From a microcosm perspective, developing your character will set you apart from the crowd. A silent, humble nature proves better than a loud, egotistic disposition. Being serious in a work environment does not only mean that you take your own job seriously, but that you take everyone else's jobs seriously as well. Being conscientious starts with a soft demeanor while being spiritually resolute -- not easily swayed by the political turmoil or the social trends. Being likable means that you care about other people's likes and adjust accordingly based on their likes. Being friendly means that you love the person who is hated by everyone.
