Is to find a common factor for all the terms of the polynomial and take it out multiplying as a factor for the ENTIRE polynomial.

In this case the common factor will be 7 so the factored polynomial will be 7*(X + 7). if you multiply the terms inside the brackets times the common factor you will get again the original equation.
